Shipping & Delivery Policy
HioPOS New Zealand – Business Customers Only
1. Overview
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all hardware purchases made through the HioPOS
webstore. All products are supplied for business use only.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed once full payment has been received. We aim to dispatch in-stock
hardware within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated. Custom-configured, pre-ordered, or
out-of-stock items may have longer lead times.
3. Shipping Methods & Couriers
We use reputable third-party courier services to deliver hardware throughout New Zealand.
Tracking details will be provided where available.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Typical delivery times within New
Zealand are 1–3 business days for urban areas and 2–5 business days for rural or remote areas.
5. Delivery Address & Authority to Leave
You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct. If authority to leave is
requested, risk transfers once the courier marks the delivery as complete.
6. Risk & Title
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the nominated address. Title passes in
accordance with our Terms & Conditions of Purchase.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are non-
refundable.
8. Failed Deliveries & Redirection
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, missed delivery, or lack of access, any redelivery or
redirection fees may be passed on to you.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
Any damage, shortages, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to enable
courier claims.
10. International Shipping
Unless expressly agreed in writing, we currently ship hardware within New Zealand only.
11. Software Delivery
Software access details are provided electronically following order confirmation and account
setup.
